New construction

We are talking about a type of design and construction projects that can be adapted 100% to your needs, preferences and style that you have in mind. It also allows you to take into account elements such as the layout and orientation of the different rooms.

Based on the basic requirements and the type of work to be carried out, a BUILDING PROJECT must be drawn up to define each and every one of the parameters of the work. In order to be able to define it completely, a GEOTECHNICAL SURVEY OF THE LAND will have to be carried out, which will allow to define the type of land where the building will be settled and thus allow to correctly define the type of foundations needed.

THE LAND

First of all, we study in depth the land where we are going to build the house.

Only with this previous study we will be able to know the amount of square meters that can have the house and take into account important criteria such as the type of soil on which it will be built, the slope, the location with respect to the sun or its accessibility, since these are factors that will have a great impact on the final cost of construction as well as the quality of our home.

Study the orientation of the house

The positioning of the house will be a fundamental decision to improve the comfort of our home. If you want to achieve the right balance between light, warmth and views, this point will have to be defined to perfection.

Once the quotation has been accepted

work will begin on the development of the project, which consists of the following phases:

Preliminary project

Process in which all the client’s ideas and needs are captured. Plans, sections and volumetric elevations will be used to know the final design of the house before starting its construction.

BASIC PROJECT

This is one of the most important steps when building our own home and where our work comes into play.
The technical documentation (both written and graphic) necessary to obtain the corresponding municipal building permit.
We elaborate a housing project that will serve as a guide for the subsequent construction work, meeting the needs and the idea set by the future tenant.

IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT

Document in which all the necessary aspects of the house are defined and detailed for the correct execution of the work by the builder.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Includes all visits and on-site work to resolve any contingencies that may arise and to ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality of the work.

Trends in new housing construction

The demands of the market and society have led to a change towards more efficient and sustainable construction. Customers demand more open spaces, new technologies and lower energy bills.

Acoustic and thermal insulation

Beyond the inconvenience they can cause, a good insulation of both temperature and noise to the outside can save on electricity and gas bills. Double glazing is the most common method of glazing.

Solar panels

Thanks to European legislation, solar panels must be installed on each and every house, residential or new construction complex from 2021.

More open and luminous spaces

Large windows, glass doors and skylights to make the most of the daylight hours.

Environmentally friendly materials

You choose the building materials you want to use, so you can think about choosing sustainable materials that help to save more energy.

Not to be confused with cheaper or, of course, lower quality. These are sustainable raw materials, recycled or manufactured with low environmental impact processes. Such as wood, cork or stone.

open kitchen

A trend that is gaining more and more followers every day and that is in vogue in the sector are the kitchens joined to the living room. With a breakfast bar or a separating island, it gives a feeling of spaciousness to both rooms.

New technologies

Home automation apps to control the heating temperature remotely, set the washing machine or security cameras.
